About

This site is named after Professor Baltazar, the main character of a cartoon I used to watch when I was a kid. He was a clever and practical inventor who always helped his fellow citizens with imaginative solutions to their weird problems.

Similarly, I love tinkering with things and finding solutions to all kinds of problems – mainly for the sake of learning new things.

Ever since I started typing imaginary programs into a magazine picture of an HP-41 at the age of 11 (after I’ve just briefly seen a real one), and then spent next summer hand disassembling ROM of my first ZX81 at the age of 12, I was hooked to the hardware/software magic for life.

Hope you can find something of value within these random ramblings. If you do, please drop me a note (gdevic @ yahoo.com), connect on LinkedIn, or post a comment and include a link to your own hacks, fixes, and adventures!

Thanks for visiting!

– Goran Devic
